Perfect Pout
Kiss off your lipstick! That’s right girls… in order to achieve the perfect lipstick pout, you must kiss it off! But it’s not what you think… Take a look at how to do it properly.
Step 1:
Apply your lipliner all over your clean and dry lips. This will make sure your lipstick holds.
Step 2:
Apply your favourite shade of lipstick generously all over your lips. Allow to dry for 30 seconds then apply another coat. Allow 2 minutes for it to set.
Step 3:
Kiss off your handywork! That’s right, use the back of your hand or a tissue to kiss off your lipcolour until no more excess colour comes off. This will form the base of your lipstick. The result will be a muted version of your lipcolour.
Step 4:
Apply one coat of lipstick on top, starting at the middle of your lips and working your way out on the top and bottom. Now you’re ready to go! Your lip colour will be much less likely to budge!

Sweat Free
Cattle herding tribes in Kenya use Leleshwa leaves as a traditional and natural deodorant. Young men use them by putting the leaves under their armpits and holding them in place for several minutes.Mint leaves are also believed to have a deodorising effect when used in the same way.

Slumber in Dreamland

Are you waking up with headaches or finding it difficult to sleep? By making a few small changes to your bedroom, you can easily turn it into a calming and relaxed environment. Did you know that having electromagnetic pollution too close to your body can stimulate the nervous system? This means that your digital alarm clock, stereo, wireless modem/telephone and mobile phone may be inhibiting your sleep. Try opting for an analogue clock and charge your phone in another room, and move modems/telephones away from your bed. If you tend to wake up with a headache, try putting heavier curtains over your window to diminish the bright morning light and if you’re alarm clock is set to wake you with an annoying shrill, opt for one that begins softly and gets louder the longer you leave it.

Whiter Teeth with a Twist
In some parts of the world, especially Asia, charcoal is used to whiten teeth. Despite it being black in colour, charcoal acts as a bleach on tooth enamel. Charcoal is reported to be used in several toothpastes available on the Asian market but we don’t recommend using it!
