Nail Care: Give yourself a manicure.
Elegant hands certainly contribute to a beautiful image. Women of any age can have wonderful nails with very little attention.
Practice the following hints and you will notice a major difference.
- Use a non-acetone nail polish remover.. Note: Do not saturate the cotton ball as the cuticle can tend to dry out from applying too much remover.
- Rub Grace Hand & Body Lotion or Eye Cream into the cuticle using small, circular movements. This step does wonders after a period of four weeks after which the cuticle should no longer peel or flake away.
- Push back the cuticle – be gentle – and file the nail. Take the emery board in one direction, not back and forth.
- To prepare the nail for polish, remove any traces of Hand and Body Lotion or Eye Cream with a dry cotton ball. Be sure nails are dry.
- Apply your favourite nail polish.
- Finish by massaging Aloe Hand & Body Lotion from your elbow to your fingertips.

Your Guide To Happiness Part 7

Often people attempt to live their lives backwards; they try to have more things, or more money, in order to do more of what they want, so they will be happier. The way it actually works is the reverse. You must first be who you really are, then do what you need to do, in order to have what you want. ~Margaret Young
Happiness habits of happy people
Self Care
Take care of your mind, body and health. Get regular medical check ups. Eat healthy and work out. Get plenty of rest. Drink lots of water. Exercise your mind by continually energizing it with interesting and exciting challenges.
Self Confidence
Don’t try to be someone that you’re not. After all no one likes a phony. Determine who you are on the inside – your own personal likes and dislikes. Be confident in who you are. Do the best you can and don’t second guess yourself.
Take Responsibility
Happy people know and understand that they are 100% responsible for their life. They take responsibility for their moods, attitude, thoughts, feelings, actions and words. They are the first to admit when they’ve made a mistake.
Begin today by taking responsibility for your own happiness. Work on developing these habits as your own. The more you incorporate the above habits into your daily lifestyle – the happier you will be.
Most of all: BE TRUE TO YOURSELF.
Have a happy day.

The TRUTH about AHA’s
You’ve heard about them in skin care, but what are they? How do they work? What do they do?
AHA stands for Alpha Hydroxy Acids and they are molecules found in a variety of fruits. They work by exfoliating your skin, peeling away the layers to reveal a brighter complexion. They disintegrate the ‘glue’ that hold the dead and dry skin cells to the surface of your skin. By removing this barrier, your other skincare products are then able to work on the newly visible skin.
Benefits of AHA’s.
- Increases the skin’s luminosity
- Improves skin texture
- Gives a smoother, softer look
- Produces an even colour tone, which includes reduction of pigmentation and age spots
- Visibly reduces enlarged pores
- Controls excessive oiliness
- Smoothes blemished, troubled skin and acne
- Reduces the appearance of fine lines

Make-up Application Tip Of The Week
Help your makeup stay put all day long by letting your moisturiser soak into your skin prior to applying your makeup. We know that in the morning especially, most women are racing out the door but by letting your moisturiser dry for just a few minutes it will allow your foundation to go on a lot smoother and remain in place all day.
